Charlie Kirk Shooting: Motive Rumors Fuel Political Firestorm

Yes, Charlie Kirk’s killer had a transgender motive…

His trans boyfriend. It joins a growing list of transgender-related murders. Could this also be part of a greater trans domestic terror threat? As soon as the single shot that killed Charlie Kirk was fired, folks on the left and the right have been battling over whether the assassin might have some kind of transgender connection.

Based on the growing number of trans-related mass murders in the last two years, and Kirk’s strong faith-based Christian stand against the transgender movement, many on the right instinctively imagined a likely connection. The left, of course, claimed the right simply wanted the killer to be trans.

However, yet again, the right was correct. At least partially.

While there is no evidence that the suspected murderer, Tyler Robinson, was transgender himself, it is becoming increasingly clear that he had a strong interest in transgenders, as his roommate/boyfriend, Lance Twigg, was a young man transitioning to appear female.

If a man has relations with a man who thinks and pretends that he is a woman, does that make him gay, bi, or some other sexual orientation?

Either way, you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to see his motive.

Utah’s Republican Governor Spencer Cox confirmed Sunday that Robinson lived with a romantic partner who was undergoing a gender transition. Earlier Gov. Cox also said, “It’s very clear to us and to the investigators that this was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.”

Of course, a major component of leftist ideology today revolves around promoting transgenderism. Cox added that investigators are looking into whether the unconventional relationship could have been a motive for the alleged shooter.

Further adding to some on the right’s belief that the trans angle in this case was being hidden by authorities and the media, Axios reported that “investigators initially wanted the information about the roommate’s gender identity kept quiet because that person is being “extremely cooperative” with authorities.”

We have since learned that Robinson’s live-in transgender boyfriend posted his support for Joe Biden and joked about being mentally ill. The self-proclaimed ex-Christian also is into the bizarre “furry” lifestyle.

Furries are people with an interest in humanized animal characters, like Sonic the Hedgehog or Pokémon. Most of us see them as sexual fetishists interested in sex in animal costumes.

But, according to “credible sources,” while sexual activity with other furries — known as “yiffing,” after the sound foxes make during sex — is part of the subculture, others are in it for other non-sexual reasons. (I researched this, so you wouldn’t have to. You’re welcome!)

Robinson too appears to have a fixation on “furries.”

An account on FurAffinity.net, which features sexualized cartoon animal characters, has a handle matching one that Robinson used on his various gaming and online accounts.

This furry fixation helps explain the spent cartridge in the murder weapon that was inscribed with the message “Notices, bulge, OwO what’s this?” (OWO is an obscure gamer emoticon meaning wide-eyed cat face.)

While law enforcement is still pursuing leads and information regarding the murderer, his trans boyfriend, and any links to a larger conspiracy, nothing has been publicly provided yet.

But another Post story reported that “law enforcement sources said that investigators are examining leftist groups both in Utah and online to figure out if they helped him with the shooting — or at least heard it was going to happen.”

And at least one extreme leftist LGBT group, reports the New York Post, Armed Queers Salt Lake City, wiped its social media presence in recent days, making it just a little bit suspicious.

An application form to join the radical Armed Queers describes itself as a “revolutionary LGBTQ organization dedicated to the defense, and success, of oppressed people’s movements.”

Some of the group’s stated principles are the end of “capitalist exploitation” and the creation of a socialist society; “trans liberation” from the gender binary; the abolition of prisons and police; and the “armed and militant protection of queer and trans communities, and all oppressed people.”

This group is as far-left, radical, and extremist as it gets.

Referring to that group, the Post added:

Armed Queens SLC, whose logo features two high-powered rifle rounds similar to the one that struck Kirk, hosted a lecture on “queer resistance” at the University of Utah in September, 2023 — around 45 miles from Utah Valley University where the 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder and Trump ally lost his life.

Flyers promoting the event hosted in partnership with self-described “leftist student organization” Mecha de U of U obtained by Young America’s Foundation feature a young woman clad in two ammo belts and clutching an AK-47, with her finger on the trigger.

The leftist group’s flyer incorporated a prominent communist hammer and sickle, as well as a ‘Pride’ rainbow flag, and the words “agitate, educate, organize.” Maybe Armed Queers SLC should add the word “murder.”

Considering that Kirk was an outspoken critic of controversial gender issues like hormone treatments and sex change surgeries for kids and trans men pretending to be women competing in girls’ and women’s sports, this group would very likely have had Kirk firmly in their sights (pun intended).

Thankfully, this administration is taking these trans connections seriously. FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino on Monday said the agency is looking into whether a possible “extended network” had any role in “aiding and abetting” the man who assassinated Charlie Kirk.

“If this was a larger effort, there was any aiding and abetting, whether it be financial, whether it be who knew the specifics of it … [we] are looking into that,” Bongino said Monday.

I trust this administration will find any links that may exist and will prosecute all involved. More importantly, America needs to be made fully aware of this dangerous, new, and growing threat.
