Police Arrest Suspect in Idaho Quadruple Murders

Police have arrested a suspect in the brutal of four students.

The arrest was made by the and local at 3:00 a.m. in 's Pocono Mountains. Bryan Kohberger, 28, is reportedly in college but is not at the University of Idaho.

Ethan Chapin, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were stabbed to death in their off-campus rental home in the small college town of Moscow, Idaho, during the early morning hours on Nov. 13.

He appeared in court this morning, with Moscow Police confirming that they will be holding a press conference at 4pm EST.

A spokeswoman for the department declined to comment on the arrest when contacted by DailyMail.com. 

Authorities have been left baffled by the brutal killings and have repeatedly appealed for the public for help with the case.

Reports from both coroner and police confirm that each of the students had been stabbed multiple times in the torso – and were ambushed in their sleep.

  1. Better have a lot of facts if not they are just trying to blame someone to close the case. Hope the cops are right.

  2. It will be interesting to see his motivation. Wannabe boyfriend of one of the girls? Obsessed with one of the girls? Just plain nuts?
