Report: Elon Musk Subpoenaed In Jeffrey Epstein Case

-

and Twitter CEO Elon Musk has been subpoenaed for documents by the U.S. in its case against JPMorgan Chase in connection with by the late Jeffrey Epstein.

According to the subpoena, the Virgin Islands seeks any documents reflecting or regarding communications between Musk and Epstein about JPMorgan, or Musk and JPMorgan about Epstein. The Virgin Islands are also seeking any documents regarding fees Musk paid to Epstein and/or JPMorgan, dating back to 2002.

Epstein was a client of JPMorgan for roughly 15 years, according to The Hill.

The subpoena further seeks “all Documents reflecting or regarding Epstein's involvement in human trafficking and/or his procurement of girls or women for commercial sex” in that same period.

While The Virgin Islands doesn't accuse Musk of any specific wrongdoing, the subpoena contends that Musk is “a high-net-worth individual who Epstein may have referred or attempted to refer to JPMorgan.”

“Upon information and belief, JP Morgan turned a blind eye to evidence of human trafficking over more than a decade because of Epstein's own financial footprint, and because of the deals and clients that Epstein brought and promised to bring to the bank,” the Virgin Islands's lawsuit contends.

The government of the Virgin Islands is suing JPMorgan, alleging the banking giant facilitated the trafficking of minors for sexual abuse by Epstein and knowingly benefitted from the financier's sex trafficking. (RELATED: JPMorgan Chase Can Be Sued Over Links To Jeffrey Epstein)

In March, Senior U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff also allowed a separate lawsuit by Epstein's accusers against Deutsche Bank to proceed for some of that suit's claims.

Epstein died in prison before he could go to trial for sex trafficking charges. His longtime associate, socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, was found guilty and sentenced for grooming young girls for Epstein to abuse.

  1. The headline in the email that linked this said Foreign Government. If “American Liberty” IS American, the the U.S. Virgin Islands is not a foreign government.

  2. So they have absolutely no evidence at all that Musk had anything to do with Epstein. So this is simply a ruse to attempt to hurt Musk and Twitter. If you remember the hearing where the two reporters who are editing the ‘Twitter Files’, the democommies and particularly the rep from the Virgin Islands, was extremely antagonistic towards them. The black communist clown from the Virgin Islands, and that’s what this is all about. Now tell me, why in hell is there someone from the Virgin Islands in our House of representatives????? The stupidness never ends.
