The walls are finally closing in on Hunter Biden.
Federal agents investigating President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, say they believe that they have uncovered enough evidence to charge him with crimes related to tax fraud and lying during his purchase of a handgun, according to a new report by The Washington Post.
The agents leading the criminal investigation noted that while the probe concluded months ago the facts supported federal charges against Hunter Biden, but it is ultimately up to U.S. Attorney David Weiss, the Delaware prosecutor overseeing the case, to decide whether to indict the president’s son.
WaPo initially reported that the federal investigation into Hunter Biden initially centered around Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings and consultant work in places such as China and Ukraine the investigation eventually evolved to focus on his taxes. According to the report investigators with multiple agencies focused closely on whether Biden intentionally did not report all of his income, and “whether he lied on gun purchase paperwork in 2018, according to the people familiar with the situation.”
Hunter Biden’s attorney has called for the Justice Department to open a leak in response to the outlet’s story, according to The Washington Examiner.
“It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one,” Clark said. “Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We expect the Department of Justice will diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors.”

“Therefore, a rendition of the case from such an ‘agent’ is inherently biased, one-sided, and inaccurate,” Clark claimed. “It is regrettable that law enforcement agents appear to be violating the law to prejudice a case against a person who is a target simply because of his family name.”
Copies of Hunter Biden’s Firearms Transaction Record dated Oct. 12, 2018 reportedly show Hunter Biden responded “no” to a question on the transaction record that asked, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”
Biden has been extremely open about his issues with drug addiction, even publishing a memoir revolving around the subject earlier this year. Lying on the firearms form is a potential felony, however, prosecutions are rare.

I think according to the laptop information, emails and stuff, Joe Biden may have given Hunter money to cover his expenses at one point that exceeds the amount allowed as a gift, without reporting it to IRS and paying a tax. The tax is owed by the giver not the gifted. Rumors have it, Joe did not pay his tax on that money. Wouldn’t it be ironic if one of his new 87000 storm troopers bred for the IRS could be the one to arrest him. Poetic justice. Wonder if anyone is following up on even that one small bit of information from the laptop? Sure doesn’t seem like it.

In the past few years there has been mentioned that Hunter was also being investigated for general meddling and wrong-doing of laws on the books. which is a more serious international crime. Conveniently, this charge/crime is not mentioned with the Tax fraud and the gun application (both minor compared to the Big-One).

They’ve had enough evidence to charge him for years now with these relatively minor crimes, not to mention the much larger ones his daddy Brandon is involved in with him. They’ll charge him with the minor crimes to make it look like the Brandons are not favored by the Feebies, then Daddy will pardon him and he won’t see any jail time or consequences. The only reason the Feebs decided to charge him with anything at this juncture is because their festering corruption has come boiling to the surface for everyone to see, and they’re desperate to deflect attention from it.
