WEDNESDAY PDB – Biden’s Pentagon is still a collective clown show regarding COVID vaccines. Congress has made its intent clear on ending the COVID vaccine mandate for troops, who can now refuse to take the shot without risking ending their careers.
And that also means that those who were forced out may now rejoin the military.

But, Defense officials warned lawmakers that, Troops who refused COVID vaccines in the past still could face punishment and even be booted for “disobeying a lawful order.”

At the Pentagon, Sec Def Austin and Gen Milley quietly announced they had completed an intense, exhaustive, thorough investigation that began in Sept of 2021. They had been investigating all the Air force Crews that operated out of Kabul in chaos of the withdrawal. They decided there was “insufficient evidence to charge the crews with negligent homicide, or involuntary manslaughter” for the deaths of the Afghans who fell from the landing gear of their planes. Obviously, Austin and Milley hoped to sacrifice the crews to distract from the role they and Biden played in the disaster.

Even if a Republican wins in 2024, the core of woke officers will be nearly impossible to clean out. Sec Def Austin, Gen Milley, and their top staff, got there by being hatchet men for Obama. In his eight years, Obama forced out nearly 300 officers O6 and higher. I had noticed the many times he used military only audiences to repeat controversial policies or announce new ones. The Pres is the Commander in Chief and protocol requires all officers at a Command or Base to attend. Obama operatives (many of them active duty officers) would report the reactions / comments of officers around them. If an officer made even a neutral comment, or did not gush enthusiastically enough, their actions made them subject to penalties under the UCMJ. They would have faced one or more of four articles. Article 88 (Contempt toward officials), Article 89 (Disrespect toward a Senior Officer), Article 91, (Insubordination toward a Senior Officer), or Article 134, The General Article (Actions to the prejudice of good order and discipline). Faced with a possible Official Reprimand or Court Martial, most already had 20 years and simply retired.
They were warned to keep quiet, or they would be recalled to Active Duty for Court Martial, and lose everything. (Yes, Officers can be recalled. Title 10 US CFR)
Then, Austin and Milley used the Pentagon 60 day stand down “to root out extrenism” to force out even more.
I had never been impressed with Milley, but at least initially gave him the benefit of the doubt. That stopped when he laid down for Biden (and never warned our Allies) about the midnight cut and run from Bagram. Later, Milley claimed he warned Biden about the dangers of the cut and run, but that rang hollow. Months earllier, the MSM gushed about his “courage” for going behind Trump’s back and calling his Chinese counterparts directly. But, Milley did not have the courage to put his stars on the line with Biden.
A few weeks after Bagram, Milley said he lost 248 soldiers during his time in Iraq and Afghanistan. If he knows that number, fine. But, announcing it just shows he is a cold blooded jerk, who believes it makes him a hero.
