Venezuela Gives Green Light To Criminal Gang Of Illegals To Target US Cops

ANALYSIS – This is on you, Joe and Kamala. Here is another example of the severe danger Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' radical open border policies have created for America.

Beyond the rampant criminality, including gruesome rapes and murders, being committed by scores of illegals roaming our cities, now add the threat of organized criminal gangs trying to kill our law enforcement officers.

A federal memo reveals that members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) have been given the “green light” by their higher-ups in Venezuela to attack and open fire on cops in Denver as well as Albuquerque, Chicago and New York City.

The prison gang, whose Spanish name means “The Aragua Train” (a reference to the Aragua region in Venezuela) is deadly.

This violent organized gang, which has entrenched itself in various U.S. cities after entering the country illegally as “asylum seekers,” is already tied to hundreds of crimes, including the shootings of two NYPD cops who were trying to arrest one of its members in June.

Its members have flocked to major U.S. cities including New York, Chicago, Miami and Denver, where they engage in extortion, money laundering, gun smuggling, theft, human trafficking, rape and murder.

Denver, where the federal memo originated, is a hotspot for the gang as the city has gotten 42,000 migrants – more per capita than any other U.S. city – and many of them are from Venezuela.

While they are encouraged to avoid gang tattoos before entering the U.S. to make it harder to identify them,  once here, the gang members are told to get tattoos to show their loyalty and are given criminal tasks and operate as a transnational criminal gang.

After helping to create this danger, the Biden administration belatedly designated the gang as a transnational criminal organization (TCO) earlier this month and began offering a $12 million reward for the arrests of its leaders.

NBC News reported that the gang has been the subject of more than 100 criminal investigations opened by federal authorities.

The U.S. Border Patrol only began tracking the group last year and has recorded catching 70 of its members, according to federal data.

The New York Post reported:

Venezuelan [illegal] migrant Bernardo Raul Castro Mata, 19, who is accused of shooting two NYPD officers on June 3, allegedly told cops he was recruited by the Venezuelan gang's Big Apple “coordinator” to join its “snatch and grab” moped thieves.

After illegally crossing the border into Texas last July, Castro Mata allegedly said he was encouraged to get gang tattoos to prove his allegiance, sources previously told The Post.

Castro Mata also revealed that the gang has been smuggling guns into New York City's migrant shelters in food delivery bags.

Right now, “it's far too easy for criminals to enter the U.S.,” a Border Patrol source told The Post.

“We have zero access to other nations' criminal databases and with this administration's uselessness in deterring these criminals, they will keep entering undetected,” said the source.

Meanwhile, Kamala's role as Biden's “Border Czar” is one of her biggest liabilities. And her past statements are coming back to haunt her.

The New York Post reported separately:

Harris told MSNBC in 2019 that the United States should “probably think about starting from scratch” on enforcing immigration laws, while a spokesperson for Harris said the senator was weighing “a complete overhaul of the agency, mission, culture, operations.”

This is why Americans rightly blame her. From the Daily Caller:

Sixty-nine percent of voters believe Harris is for open borders, further demonstrating her vulnerability on immigration as she begins her presidential candidacy, according to a Harvard-Harris poll released on Tuesday. Voters across the political spectrum also generally agree with the statement, with 56% of Democrats, 82% of Republicans and 69% of independents responding that they believe the vice president supports open border policies.

A mere 31% of voters said they believe Harris stood against open borders, including only 44% of Democrats. Respondents also identified immigration as the second most important issue facing the country, beating out the economy, healthcare, crime and numerous other national concerns.

At the same time, respondents to the Harvard-Harris survey overwhelmingly opposed the idea of open borders, with 68% of voters answering that they stood against such policies. When split by party, Republicans and independents opposed the idea by wide margins, and Democrats were practically even, with 51% answering they supported open borders while 49% said they opposed them.

We can only hope that Trump and the GOP will pummel Harris with the facts to ensure Americans know who is behind all the illegal alien crime madness.
