A first-grade teacher who joked about killing her sister’s white boyfriend and bragged on social media that she couldn’t be fired has learned the hard way that teachers unions’ can’t always protect bad apples from accountability.
A Texas school district addressed concerns over Danielle Allen yesterday after a slew of “alarming, racist statements” were brought to district officials’ attention Monday afternoon.
By Tuesday morning, Allen, 29, had resigned. In a statement, Mesquite Independent School District (ISD) condemned the “highly offensive statements.” (RELATED: Biden Admin Sinks Lower, Keeping Funds From Schools With Hunter Ed)
However, Allen claimed the administrators had a difference response hours before. In a post on the social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, she claimed school officials merely told her to delete the post, adding “but my job is safe since I did not directly wish harm on ALL White people. However, as the Daily Mail notes, the winds of change began to blow almost immediately:
‘First day of school, walking through the halls while Twitter thinks they can take my job from me,’ she wrote: ‘Call me every name under the sun but y’all will NEVER be able to call me unemployed!!!’
In another post, she noted that people targeting her online had discovered worked and brought it to her school’s attention.
‘They told me to delete the post, but my job is safe since I did not directly wish harm on ALL White people,’ she said. ‘They laughed and told me to watch what I say, and I’ll be good to go.’
‘Just talked to the school board and my job is safe. I told them it was a joke, and they know I’m not racist so have fun.’
And yet Allen vowed to sabotage her sister’s relationship, adding that watching the multiracial couple split would be “so fun and so satisfying.” Other screenshoots of Allen’s now-deleted posts show her casually espousing anti-white prejudice.
“Why shouldn’t I hate white people? Why should I show y’all any love at all?,” she wrote in one post. “Name a big historic moment where white people did anything for black people out of the kindness of y’all’s heart???”
Since her unceremonious departure, Allen appears to have removed her X account, in which she allegedly described herself as a Black supremacist.
The school district confirmed she “is not eligible for rehire.”

She has no hate for ‘ALL’ Whites she says but her words and actions says otherwise. She is ‘simply’ the Racist she accuses all Whites of being.
