Elon Musk’s Twitter Poll Shows Users Want Him Out as CEO

The poll concluded Monday morning at 6:20 a.m. ET, with most respondents favoring him stepping down. More than 17 million users weighed in.
According to the final results of Musk's poll, 57.5% of respondents support his stepping down while 42.5% believe he should remain Twitter's chief executive.
Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.
“As the saying goes, be careful what you wish, as you might get it,” Musk wrote in a tweet Sunday night shortly after posting the poll.
Musk said he will abide by the results of the poll, so he is expected to step down in the future if he can find a replacement he deems suitable to handle the job.
The self-proclaimed First Amendment champ courted controversy over the weekend by suspending more journalists without notice, sparking widespread backlash.
Musk lifted some of the bans Sunday night. He, seemingly arbitrarily, left other reporters suspended. Among them is Fox Business reporter Susan Li.

The point is, that a skilled pollster can make the polls say whatever he wants, and in large majorities. Don’t fall for their nonsense. Think for yourselves, and trust your gut instinct. It’s right more often than it’s wrong.

I think the fact has been overlooked that those that disliked the fact that Elon Musk has turned Twitter into a bastion of free speech, have voted more than once under several different e-mail addresses.
If I was Musk, I’td tell them all to “go to hell,” and stay the course.
