Former Republican Governor Refuses To Rule Out 2024 White House Bid

Could the presidential primary field see another competitor soon?

Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan says he is still considering entering the 2024 presidential race.

“However I can serve, I'm still trying to figure that out, but I'm not walking away,” Hogan told Bloomberg. 

“If I thought there was a path to success to win the race, then I just said I wouldn't shut the door to that opportunity,” said the two-term former governor.

Hogan's comments come as a surprise as the former Governor said earlier this year he would not seek the Republican nomination. (RELATED: Larry Hogan Passes on White House Run)

However, the lawmaker serves as the national co-chairman of , the political group pushing for a third-party presidential ticket fueling interest that he will run as a third-party candidate.
