President Joe Biden has tested negative for COVID-19 but will wear a mask when in close proximity to others for the time being.

Jean-Pierre also said that Biden will be tested on a regular “cadence” as determined by his physician and that all travelers will be tested before his trip to India Thursday.
“We are in a very good position to deal with COVID-19 in the fall, and we're going to continue to listen to the experts as we move forward,” Jean-Pierre said.
In April, Congress voted to end the emergency COVID measures imposed at the beginning of the pandemic, despite the opposition of 197 Democrats in the House and 23 in the Senate.
The first lady's spokesperson reported Jill Biden's positive test results Monday. She had mild symptoms and would recuperate at the Biden's home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
