The former roommate of the illegal immigrant charged with murdering Georgia nursing student Laken Riley testified that they received a taxpayer-funded flight to Georgia through a federal program under the Biden administration.
Speaking under oath, the ex-roommate revealed, “In Manhattan, we requested a humanitarian flight to come here to Atlanta… in September 2023.” The flight was reportedly arranged as part of a Biden administration initiative meant to assist certain migrants and asylum seekers.

Riley, a dedicated nursing student, tragically lost her life during a morning jog. Prosecutors allege that she fought for 18 minutes before succumbing to her injuries.

-Victim: Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student.
-Incident: Prosecutors say Riley was attacked during a jog and fought for 18 minutes. Riley was killed on Feb. 22, 2024, while jogging on the University of Georgia campus in Athens.
-Perpetrator: Jose Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan national. Ibarra, who entered the U.S. illegally in 2022, faces multiple charges, including malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with intent to rape, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call and concealing the death of another. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The trial began on Nov. 15, 2024, with Ibarra waiving his right to a jury trial, opting instead for a bench trial presided over by Superior Court Judge H. Patrick Haggard. Prosecutors allege that Ibarra attacked Riley during her run, leading to a fatal struggle. Evidence presented includes Ibarra’s DNA under Riley’s fingernails and his thumbprint on her phone.

There might be one reason why Jose waived a jury trial… he may have bribed the judge. It is easier to bribe one judge who will not change his mind. Then, after he is executed, the criminals in this administration need to to be held accountable to the same level since they are the cause of this young woman being raped and killed by this animal.
There are accomplices to this grisly murder of this young nursing student who valiantly fought her attacker, who aren’t sitting in the court room. Joe Biden, who spends at least one third of his time on vacation, instituted the Open Border treasonous lunacy which led to this young woman’s brutal killing, along with Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas, a brazen, prolific liar, who repeatedly told Congress under oath that the border was secure. Stolen elections have deadly consequences— the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray knows this too well. Can you imagine learning your 12 year old daughter was sexually assaulted and slain by two illegal alien migrants who came into the country under the welcoming arms policy of Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats? I remember the MSM and Democrats sharply criticizing President Trump for saying that Mexico wasn’t “sending their best”- smearing him as racist. Perhaps they’d like to apologize now since it’s clear that those who Mexico allowed to cross their border into our land, are committing heinous crimes against Americans.
