A former Fox News host is dealing with a major financial loss after a brazen heist…
A truck carrying hundreds of thousands of nicotine pouches from media personality Tucker Carlson’s company was hijacked during a cross-country shipment, prompting the firm to offer a $100,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of the stolen cargo or the arrest of those responsible.
The truck was carrying 378,000 tins of limited-edition ALP “Drifters” nicotine pouches, worth millions, when it was stolen after leaving a logistics facility in Southern California en route to a warehouse in Kentucky.
According to company statements and reports cited by multiple outlets, the driver involved in the pickup allegedly showed what seemed to be valid operating credentials before taking possession of the truck and leaving with the cargo.
Tracking data reportedly indicated the vehicle was moving east across the country before its signal disappeared, raising questions about whether the truck’s tracking system was disabled or manipulated.
ALP publicly confirmed the theft on social media, stating that a truck carrying the nicotine pouches was stolen and announcing a six-figure reward for any information.
Yes, it’s true.

Product Launch Disrupted
The stolen shipment included the entire first batch of the limited-edition “Drifters” line, which the company was scheduled to introduce to consumers shortly after the truck left the logistics facility.
Because the cargo included hundreds of thousands of tins ready for distribution, the incident has caused a delay in the launch of the new line, with Carlson’s company currently working to replace the lost inventory.
Authorities are now investigating the incident as a possible interstate cargo theft. Cargo theft rings often target high-value consumer goods that can be easily resold, including tobacco and nicotine products.
Carlson’s Growing Nicotine Business
Carlson, the former Fox News host now running an independent media platform, entered the nicotine market in late 2024 with the launch of ALP, a tobacco-free nicotine pouch brand developed in partnership with Turning Point Brands.
The venture started after Carlson publicly split from the popular nicotine pouch brand Zyn and decided to create his own alternative, positioning ALP as a product targeted at adult consumers who prefer nicotine pouches over traditional tobacco products.
Nicotine pouches — small packets placed between the gum and lip — have rapidly gained popularity in recent years as a smokeless nicotine option, with several companies competing for market share in this growing category.
For now, the missing shipment remains unaccounted for, and the company states it is working with the FBI while urging anyone with information about the stolen cargo to come forward.
