Fox News’ top-rated host predicts that it’s not a matter of if but when the Justice Department will indict former President Donald Trump.
Carlson’s remarks come little more than a week after the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago in connection to an investigation over Trump taking classified documents with him after leaving the White House. (RELATED: Tucker Carlson Asks ‘Essential Questions’ After School Massacre)

The Hill further reports:
“There’s nothing to see here, that’s the line,” Carlson said on his show Monday, naming a number of elected Republicans who he predicted will “say the same thing when the Biden Justice Department or some other state agency under their influence finally does what you know they’re going to do, and that’s indict Donald Trump.”
“Obviously they’re going to do that,” Carlson continued. “Who knows how, maybe they’ll produce surveillance video from Mar-a-Lago, apparently they’ve already subpoenaed that.”
The Aug. 8 search was authorized by a federal judge, and while many elected Republicans who support Trump have suggested a political motivation, the White House said President Biden was unaware of the search beforehand. No evidence has been presented to suggest Biden had prior knowledge of the search.
At a press conference last week, United States Attorney General Merrick Garland said he “personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant” at Trump’s primary residence. (RELATED: AG Garland Confirms He ‘Personally Approved’ Mar-a-Lago Search Warrant)

Tucker is correct, they will come up with something. Their goal is to keep Trump off the ballot. And all the Conservatives do is whine about not having a majority. Minority leaders should be more aggressive with their members. Other investigations at the state level in Red states could also be effective.

I have my doubts that Garland would be so foolish as to indict Trump after the sheet storm he has unleashed, but I’ve underestimated Dem idiocy before. They already have people attacking and threatening FBI outposts. Their biggest fear should be that someone competent will get involved instead of merely nutters with nail guns and Facebook, declaring war without an army to back up their threats. Thank goodness for the fourteen FBI whistleblowers who have stepped forward. The FBI has stepped up surveillance of those making veiled threats and openly criticizing their Gestapo tactics, so be careful what you say to avoid your door coming down to the sound of flash-bangs and clanking tank treads on your lawn.

The headline is misleading, as per usual with yellow journalism. It should have read “Carlson of Fox News Says Faux Charges Will Be Filed Against President Trump”. The way the headline reads is that legitimate charges will be filed, and that is obviously a lie.
Indicating Trump has been the goal all along!! From the day he was elected President!! The left has been insane ever since!! They are all 😨 afraid Trump will be back as President and oust them all!! We can only hope!!!
I feel the DOJ or FBI will plant some evidence in the documents, therefore one more time cheating like thieves in the night. Anything to keep his name off the ballot, as they are so darn desperate.
I believe the dems screwed the pooch on this one. They may make the mistake of indicting Trump, but unless they have overwhelming evidence of a crime committed, it will only be a replay of all the impeachments and the J6 committee. If it ends up being like that, even moderate dems not infected with TDS will see the authoritarian and tyrannical abuse of power biden and his administration is exerting against Conservatives.
