Former Congressman Beto O’Rourke interrupted Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s press conference on Tuesday’s elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, to accuse Republicans of being complicit in the violence.
O’Rourke is the Democratic Party’s nominee for governor in Texas.
The liberal politician approached Abbott and other officials alongside him as the governor turned the mic over to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick. Law enforcement stopped O’Rouke short of the stage, but he continued to speak out after initially saying he wanted to have a conversation with the governor.
“You are doing nothing,” O’Rourke said, raising his voice. “You said this was not predictable; this was totally predictable, and you choose not to do anything.”
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin told O’Rourke he was out of line. McLaughlin erupted when that failed to silence O’Rouke, saying, “I can’t believe you’re a sick son of a bitch who would come to a deal like this to make a political issue.”

While Beto has received praise from predictable quarters online, many others were less charitable, as Twitchy explains:
Beto O’Rourke ran for U.S. Senate and lost. He ran for President of the United States and lost. He’s running for Governor of Texas and will lose that, too. But he’s evidently determined to lose in a great, big blaze of glory.
He shouldn’t survive this stunt. This should be the moment his political ambitions crashed and burned once and for all.

Thank God that today he officially killed his last opportunity to be in public office outside of an ill-advised appointment.
Hopefully he’ll lose big time in November and he can slither away to El Paso and work on his Spanish and decorum!

Robert O’Rourke, again, taking advantage of the “crisis de jure.” What else is new. There are a few in the democrat party who are absolutely shameless, clueless, even ruthless. This guy leads the pack of the likes of Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Gerald Nadler, and a long list of others who wouldn’t know the truth or good manors if they walked up and bit them. I hope some day they do take a bite out of their over extended egos.
May “some day” be sooner rather than later.
Let’s hope in this coming fall’s election Governor Abbott defeats this joker decisively and puts him out of the political arena for good. This clown has absolutely no class and just a far left ultra liberal/socialist jackass. He is a pitiful excuse of a man and a human being. Here you have a room full of families that lost their children and he pulls this political stunt so typical of the far left individuals. The only thing he did right in his miserable life is marry into wealth. What marketable skills does he have that anyone would want. Paybacks can be bad and hopefully the majority of voters in Texas this coming November will pay him back in the worst way possible and send this village idiot back to El Paso once and for all. Maybe some folks there don’t even want him. Maybe his friends in Hollywierd can find him a job in the movies, he’ll fit right in with that far left bunch of malcontents.
So Beto really gets me. He blames it on the Republicans, but what gets me is Schumer Stopped the Republicans and it was Democrat Schumer who stopped the Safety Bill in its tracks.
Does Beto’s interruption of the school shooting presser, a formal State of Texas Government event, amount to insurrection against the State Government?
BTW, DOES BETO, OR ANY MEMBER OF HIS FAMILY OWN A GUN?
This question needs to be asked of him at a press conference during his campaign.

If Beto owned a gun, he’d likely shoot himself in the foot, like he did at that press conference. If that outburst doesn’t kill his political career, then the Texas voters are dumber than rocks.
