Hallelujah. President Donald Trump’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) is again using the previously censored but legally correct term “illegal alien” to refer to what liberals euphemistically and deceptively call—”undocumented immigrants.”
ICE has also quickly begun launching raids and deportations.

And it’s likely to create a stink among the lefties.
Liberals deceptively claiming to be “inclusive” have long criticized the use of “alien” as offensive. In reality it was simply part of their narrative warfare strategy, and until now, it has worked.
In 2021, Joe Biden’s team abandoned the statutory term “alien” in favor of the improper and deliberately misleading “more inclusive” language.
Meanwhile, normal conservative Americans immigration experts have defended it as accurate by pointing to its inclusion in our immigration statutes, such as the Immigration and Nationality Act.
I have been using the illegal alien term, or simply illegal, for years, because these individuals are not immigrants unless they went through the legal process. And undocumented is simply wrong and meaningless.
Alien is a foreigner who hasn’t become a U.S. citizen. I have also referred to illegal aliens as illegal or uninvited foreigners, because, well, they are.
An internal ICE memo instructs staff to use the term “alien” in all “internal and external communications” and replaces “noncitizenship” with “alienage.”
The term noncitizen is also false when referring to illegals since legal residents and others with proper legal status are noncitizens as well.
In America we also have green card holders who are “legal residents” but not yet citizens.
While some may argue that it’s just semantics, it is far more than that. The left systematically strives to manipulate language to frame debates in a way to make their often-obscene ideas appear palatable.

Hence, we also see “gender affirming care” used to hide sex change procedures. Or “reproductive health” to hide violent killing of unborn babies through abortions.
Reframing the debate via the correct use of language is just the first step in the fight.
In this case, the next step is implementing strong measures to quickly reverse all the damage Joe Biden and the Democrats have done over the past four years.
Under Biden’s open borders policies, some eight million foreigners entered the U.S. illegally—an influx rivaling the days of Ellis Island. This includes tens of thousands of violent criminals and an unknown number of terrorists.
And the ICE memo noted above shows a decisive shift in immigration policy, reinforcing Trump’s pledge of launching an “explosive and sweeping crackdown” on the illegal migrant “invasion.”
Plans already enacted include reinstating “Remain in Mexico” for all asylum seekers pending approval, ending birthright citizenship to children born in U.S. of illegal parents, declaring a national emergency at the border and halting refugee admissions.
Border Patrol officers have been barred from releasing illegals into the country as they did under Biden, now forcing them to hold and deport illegal border crossers.
Trump also just sent 1,500 active-duty troops to the border and is preparing to send a full 10,000 troops as part of his order for the U.S. military to secure the nation’s frontiers.
Meanwhile, the action has also started, and the cleanup raids have begun. As the New York Post reports:
Federal officers swept into sanctuary cities on President Trump’s first full day in office Tuesday, nabbing more than 300 illegal migrant criminals — including an attempted murderer and a child molester — to hold them for deportation…
The coast-to-coast dragnet — a multi-agency effort led by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) — picked up felons in and around Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Seattle, Washington, DC, and Miami, a senior Trump administration official said.
It was just the start of what border czar Tom Homan has promised will be a renewed effort to boot 700,000 illegal migrants who have committed crimes from the US — and sanctuary cities will not be spared.
“ICE is doing their job,” Homan said Wednesday. He added that ICE officers have a “target sheet” of the illegals with criminal records they’re looking to quickly arrest and deport.
Get ready illegals, and your lefty criminal enablers, cause the ICE man cometh.
