New York Judge Denies Trump’s Request, Schedules Proceedings In ‘Hush Money’ Trial

For the same date as a hearing in his Georgia election case…

A judge in New York has denied former President 's request to dismiss Manhattan District Attorney 's charges in his “hush money” case. Jury selection is set to begin on March 25.

At the same time, attorneys for Trump and some of his co-defendants are scheduled on the same date for a hearing to convince a Georgia judge to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney over allegations of impropriety.

The livestreamed proceeding could include testimony from Willis and others in her office. 

Both hearings are scheduled to kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET.

According to the outlet, Trump sat “stone-faced” at today's hearing, occasionally whispering to his attorney.
