US Troops Deployed To Yemen: Report

The White House has confirmed for the first time that U.S. troops have been deployed to Yemen.

Beginning in October, Houthi forces struck commercial shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden in a series of terror attacks with ballistic missiles supplied by Iran.

On Sunday, a drone strike on a U.S. forward operating base in northeastern Syria killed three U.S. service members and injured two dozen more.

According to a White House statement, yesterday’s strike was carried out by Iran-backed militias operating from Syria and Iraq.
