A multibillion-dollar Disneyland-sized theme park is coming to Oklahoma.
The American Heartland Theme Park is set to open in 2026, off of historic Route 66 in Vinita, at the base of the Ozark Highlands. (RELATED: Secret Test Area Proposed In The Heartland – Far From Foreign Interference?)
The 1,000-acre resort will feature world-class rides, a film and television studio and a large-scale RV park. According to the park’s website, the goal is to create an experience where families “don’t have to spend their life savings to come spend a week with us.”
Developers envision the family-friend retreat will one day rival the “world’s top resort destinations.” (RELATED: Woke Disney Executives Back Out Of Meeting With Victims Of Communist Chinese Genocide)
The RV park and campground – poised to become the Midwest’s biggest – are scheduled to open one year before the rides open to the public.

Fox Business has more:
“We are thrilled to make Oklahoma the home of American Heartland Theme Park and Resort,” American Heartland CEO Larry Wilhite said in a press release on Wednesday. “At the crossroads of the heartland, Oklahoma is an attractive location for a family entertainment destination. The state’s business-friendly approach and innovative partnership efforts have helped make this possible. We look forward to bringing unforgettable generational experiences to Oklahoma.”
The theme park will be family-friendly and include six American lands that provide guests with a walk through American history.
The American Heartland Theme Park and Resort will be a 1,000-acre development with a 125-acre theme park, comparable to the size of Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom.
