Constitutional Carry Bill Introduced in Florida Legislature

The race to become America's 26th state is heating up.

Legislation to enact constitutional carry has just been introduced in by Republican House Speaker .

A complimentary bill has also been introduced in the Florida Senate by State Senator .

As previously reported in American Liberty News, Florida Governor and top rumored 2024 Presidential contender supports the measure and publicly confirmed the legislature's intent to pass a constitutional carry bill this year at a press conference last December.

This year's bill, introduced as HB 543 seeks to enact the following measures:

Authorizes person to carry concealed weapon or concealed firearm if he or she is licensed to do so or meets specified requirements; requires person who is carrying concealed weapon or concealed firearm without license to carry identification & display upon demand by ; prohibits person who is carrying concealed weapon or concealed firearm without license from carrying such weapon or firearm in specified locations; authorizes nonresident to carry concealed weapon or concealed firearm in this state if he or she meets same requirements as resident; provides person authorized to carry concealed weapon or concealed firearm without license is subject to specified penalties for possessing such weapon or firearm at school-sponsored event or on school property.

25 states have already enacted constitutional carry including Alabama, Ohio, Indiana, and which passed their bills last year. In Nebraska, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on their constitutional carry legislation last Thursday. If passed and signed into law by Governor DeSantis Florida's constitutional carry legislation would be enacted on July 1st, 2023.

This is the Constitutional Law these states that keep trying to take our gun rights need arrested charged with Treason that includes the democratic communist party other politicians it is our right to carry a gun, for protection police can’t be everywhere, and with what the democratic communist party has done to this country over the last 40-50 years we really need to protect ourselves it is not the government or state to know what guns you have or cause you to license or register any of our guns, so they track what you have it is an infringement which against the LAW
