A Massachusetts educator hired to become the superintendent of the district where he once worked had his job offer suddenly revoked when he referred to two female colleagues as “ladies” in an email.
Vito Perrone's accepted offer to become superintendent of the West Springfield Public Schools system was revoked in an emergency meeting of the school board after Perrone committed a “perceived microaggression” by referring to the committee chair Cynthia Kwiecinski and her assistant as “ladies” in the beginning of an email.
“I was shocked,” Perrone told the local Daily Hampshire Gazette. “I grew up in a time when ‘ladies' and ‘gentlemen' was a sign of respect. I didn't intend to insult anyone.”
Kwiecinski reportedly informed Perrone the word “lady” was a “microaggression” and the “fact that he didn't know that as an educator was a problem.”
Perrone was informed of the offer's withdrawal during a school event in which he was introduced to the community as the new superintendent. He had previously served as the high school's principal and football coach years earlier.
“Perrone explained that he had attended Thursday's We The People spaghetti dinner fundraiser at the high school as a way to begin getting to know more of the school community and then headed over to the conference room for the negotiations,” the Gazette reports.
“The committee asked him to step outside for approximately 45 minutes while they spoke and then delivered the news that they had rescinded his offer after taking a vote during an executive session,” the Gazette reports.
The local teachers' union, usually a bastion of liberal activism, is siding with Perrone.
“More than 150 people turned out Monday to support Perrone at a rally organized by the Easthampton Education Association in front of the city's Municipal Building,” the Gazette reports.
“Changing votes behind closed doors is unacceptable!” the association posted to Facebook. “Shame on the school committee for participating in cancel culture!”
The school board will not answer questions about the move and will meet to hire a new candidate more in line with the “woke” agenda.

This kind of show from the school system should scare that crap out of the American people. Their actions are those of people with definite signs of severe brain damage. Instead of the people from the school system running it they should be enrolled in a mental health facility, not as faculty but as patients. There is constant talk about the mental health problem plaguing society but when it is rubbed in their faces they intentionally ignore it and blame the problem on others.
This happened in Massachusetts, they are all in the program. From part time teacher through the union right up to congressman and senator. It’s the invasion of the Body snatchers. This is California with ONE political party and no beachboy music.

Maybe calling that a “lady” was indeed an excess! She looks more like a thing than anything else. However, her female, woman features present no doubts about her gender. Even attaching a kind of masculine organ won’t change the fact!

Just one more example of just how sick a small part of our society happens to be. Thank God they are still a small part of the population, but sadly they seem to somehow wormed their way into places where they can cause real problems for the majority. The majority really needs to take back this country from the lefties, and get us back on the right track while we still have the chance to do it.

However, “midget” conveys meaning different from “dwarf.” Pretty soon all words in the English language will be eliminated and it will become impossible to communicate at all.
