Report: Hunter Biden To Plead Not Guilty To Federal Gun Charges

-

According to court documents filed this week, Hunter Biden plans to plead not guilty to multiple federal gun charges.

On Tuesday, 's legal team also requested he be allowed to make his initial appearance in court via a video call.

“We write on behalf of our client, Robert , in response to the Court's Order issued on September 18, 2023, related to Mr. Biden's initial appearance,” Biden attorney Abbe Lowell wrote in a letter to U.S. Magistrate Judge from the District of Delaware Christopher Burke. “We respectfully request that the Court hold Mr. Biden's initial appearance in this matter by video conference.”

“Mr. Biden also will enter a plea of not guilty, and there is no reason why he cannot utter those two words by video conference,” Lowell continued. “In short, Mr. Biden is satisfied that his constitutional rights will be met by conducting his initial appearance by video conference.”

Earlier this month Special Counsel David Weiss filed charges against President 's son. The shocking indictment came after the two sides failed to reach an agreement on a sweetheart plea deal that fell apart last month.

The original plea agreement would have freed Hunter from jail time and instead put him in a diversion program that, if completed successfully, would have wiped the gun charges from his record. (RELATED: Hunter Biden's Sweetheart Criminal Plea Deal ‘Implodes' – Twice)

Hunter was indicted on three federal gun charges related to false statements he made on an application to purchase a firearm. (RELATED: Hunter Biden Indicted On Criminal Charges)

Hunter, “knowing that he was an unlawful user of and addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance … did knowingly possess a firearm, that is, a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver,” the indictment says.

Two of the counts carry max sentences of 10 years in prison, while the third carries a max sentence of 5 years, according to NBC News.

Of course, we ALL know the BidenCrimeFamily will not let Hunter go to prison.

Biden would declare the next pandemic starts today and blackmail us……..

  2. As much as a lot of us want them to pay, they will never pay. They’re Democrats and the system protects them. President Fraud and his degenerate son will never be punished for their crimes against us and they will laugh wickedly at us all as they ride away unscathed. Of course, what happens after that will be another story as millions of Americans rise up against their Marxist oppressors in the Democrat Party. It’s coming.

  3. A brief video call will be much more convenient while he’s in the middle of smoking crack cocaine and doing hookers.
