A leading representative for the United States Department of Justice was caught on camera criticizing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his decision to prosecute former President Donald Trump over the Stormy Daniels hush money scandal, calling it a “nonsense” case.
But that’s not all.
Newsmax reported that DOJ Chief of Public Affairs Nicholas Biase was secretly recorded stating that the Trump indictments are politically motivated, describing them as a “perversion of justice.” During the recorded conversation about Trump’s upcoming sentencing by Judge Juan Merchan, Biase claimed that Bragg was “stacking charges” on Trump in the “nonsense” case.
In May, Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts by a New York City jury for falsifying business records to conceal hush money payments made to adult entertainer Stormy Daniels.
Interestingly, Biase mentioned that he had known Bragg for 15 years and had previously worked in his office. He further criticized Bragg, stating, “He was stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.”
“No, honestly, I think the case [against Trump in NYC] is nonsense,” Biase added.
Biase said Bragg’s key witness in the case, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, is a “psycho.”
Biase seemed to indicate that what was unique about Trump’s case in New York has nothing to do with the alleged “crimes” and everything to do with Trump being Trump.
“Every real estate person in New York does what [Trump] did. Nobody’s ever been charged with this. It’s all him [Trump],” Biase said, adding, “And that’s why, like, [Trump’s] surging in the polls, you know it’s a perversion of justice.”
Biase described Trump’s election interference case in Georgia under Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as “a travesty of justice, to put it mildly.”
“It’s a mockery of justice,” he continued. “She is a joke. Her and her boyfriend, the whole thing is disgusting. And they’re just out to get [Trump].”
Besides the hush money case in New York and the state election interference case in Georgia, Trump is facing two additional federal criminal trials. One involves charges of illegally retaining classified national security documents after leaving office and obstructing the government’s efforts to retrieve them. The other accuses him of attempting to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election, including efforts to block the certification of Joe Biden’s electoral win on Jan. 6, 2021. Special Counsel Jack Smith is the lead prosecutor in both cases.

They will protect their own and conceal corruption created by those in their alliance but will turn on these same people if needed. When faced with capture, he made an agreement with his followers that they would all drink the poison that had been prepared. When the time came his obedient followers drank but being the fake and coward he was didn’t partake of the poisonous concussion and was shot and killed. This is the manifesto that many in the current Democrat party practice.
