Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) said he would help President-elect Donald Trump deport illegal immigrants in his state during a Friday appearance on Fox News

“We want to be ready day one in office – when President Trump takes office. I put our commissioner of public safety in charge and I said, “Listen, everybody that’s in our prisons that are here illegally, that are breaking our laws, we believe in public safety,’” he said on air.

“We want to protect the citizens of Oklahoma and we want to be ready to get them out of our state and out of our country before you see another one of the issues that affected Georgia with the Laken Riley case.”

He blamed President Biden for a four-year border crisis and rapid increase in immigration.

“The first thing we’re going to focus on are the people that have committed crimes. I think that’s what President Trump’s going to do. And then once you secure the border, which Biden has failed to do for the last four years, and that’s why the American people overwhelmingly supported President Trump because they know he’s going to secure the border day one,” he added.

Stitt said he believes in allowing immigrants to enter the country through legal measures.

“And then you can look at immigration policy and state-based work visas. Because if there’s people that are trying to do the right thing, chasing the American dream, I believe we should match employers with employees and turn from education visas if you’re getting an engineering degree from one of our universities to get them into the workforce,” he suggested.

“But we’re going to start with the illegal activity.”

Trump has said he will spare no costs to oversee “the largest deportation in American history” on day one of his administration. (RELATED: Trump Pledges To Declare National Emergency For Mass Deportations)

On Monday, Trump confirmed on social media that he intends to declare a national emergency and use military assets to reverse the Biden administration‘s border crisis.

Meanwhile, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul (R) thinks President-elect Donald Trump should reconsider his deportation plan.

In an appearance on Newsmax, on Tuesday, Paul expressed his opposition to such a plan.

“I think what I would do if I were in charge of the immigration situation would be to first to go after those who have committed crimes. You know, the big news right before the election was that there were 15,000 people in our country who have committed murder, there are about 13,000 that have committed sex crimes, violent sex crimes. That’s 28,000 people. Why don’t we start with that 28,000?” began Paul. “I’m not in favor of sending the army in uniforms into our cities to collect people. I think it’s a terrible image. And that’s not what we use our military for, we never have. And it’s actually been illegal for over 100 years to bring the army into our cities. Army and our military are trained to shoot the enemy. They’re not trained to get a warrant to do what they’re doing. The police have a difficult job, but the people removing people from our country need to be a police enforcement domestic agency, not the military. So while I’m all for ‘Remain in Mexico,’ I will not support an emergency to put the army into our cities. I think that’s a huge mistake.”

“Do you think that’s what what Trump is intending to do?” asked host Rob Schmitt.

“Well, that’s what he said yesterday or his spokesman said, the stories all said he would declare an emergency to use the military to remove people. I’m not for that. I’m not for really most presidential emergencies because they smack of martial rule. They smack of, of no congressional approval. They smack of no checks and balances,” replied the senator. “So, look, I’m supportive of President Trump. I’m supportive of removing people illegally here, particularly people who have committed crimes. But I’m not for the Army marching up and down our streets. I think it’s a terrible image to send the world. It’s a terrible image for us as citizens. And so I hope he will think twice about trying to use an emergency edict to have the army patrolling our country.”

On Monday, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs stated in an interview that she will resist efforts by the incoming Trump administration to deport illegal immigrants in the state, pledging to stand against what she characterized as harmful federal policies. “We will not be participating in misguided efforts that harm our communities,” said Hobbs, a Democrat. “That’s not going to happen on my watch.”

Hobbs is a nasty godless America hating twisted Commie that deserves to be knocked in the head and thrown into a ditch. And first departing the 28000 suggested by Paul is a good idea! If the military builds needed to get the huge number of illegals out of America then absolutely do it President Trump. If Paul is squeamish about the military being brought in because it’s unprecedented what about the fact that so many rotten illegals being here is unprecedented. Shut up a support what the people want for a change Paul !
