Haley Wins DC Primary

-

has notched her first win of the presidential primary season.

Sunday brought former South Carolina Governor and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley her first win over in the 2024 GOP nominating contest.

Haley took home just 62.8% of the vote, compared to Trump's 33.3%. Since Haley received over 50%, she took home all 19 of the District's delegates.

Haley's team will undoubtedly hope to carry Sunday's momentum into Super Tuesday – which is this Tuesday.

15 states and the territory of American Samoa hold their nominating contests then, when over a third of delegates up for grabs will be distributed.
