The House of Representatives voted today to send the most radical gun control package seen in over 20 years to President Biden’s Desk.
The vote was 234 to 193, with three members not voting.
President Biden pledged to sign the bill in a Tweet sent out late last night after the bill moved from the Senate to the House :
220 Democrats voted for the legislation, as did 14 Republicans. Many members voted by proxy, as this controversial vote was dragged out until the afternoon of the Friday before a two week recess for the July 4th holiday.
This vote makes the week somewhat of a roller-coaster one for Second Amendment supporters. Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of gun owners in the case of New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v Bruen.
In a 6-3 decision, the majority of Justices decided that New York’s requirement of an individual to “demonstrate a special need for self-protection distinguishable from that of the general community” in order to carry a firearm outside the home is unconstitutional.

Well, wonder how long it will take for this ” law ” to get before the SCOTUS and for them to toss it out as unconstitutional? That has to be where it ends up since the left is trying to go behind their backs and ignore their 2nd amendment ruling.
This Anti Gun Law will NEVER survive…..NO ONE CAN TAKE OUR GUNS AWAY and the SUPREME COURT is going to shove this unconstitutional law right down Biden’s disgusting throat…..It will never be allowed to stand as written……Most of the damage in the Bill, literally tramples our Due Process Rights, when the entire burden of proof lies squarely on the shoulders of Government. It’s totally Unconstitutional and will never pass the sanity test, especially when we have a Radical, Marxist Dictator trying to destroy the Nation……and that’s exactly why we have the 2nd Amendment in the first place, to protect us from a Tyrannical Government like we have “Right Now”. We will not allow the Bozo the Clowns and his Lackey’s to take our Guns………it’s just not going to happen.
Take names from a roll call vote. Even if found unconstitutional, we need to hold accountable any who voted for it. Recall or fail to reelect.
