A Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin ended in horror on Sunday night when a red SUV plowed into marchers.
The normally tranquil city of 70,000 lies 20 miles west of downtown Milwaukee.
Eyewitnesses say that there were “bodies flying everywhere” as the multi-thousand pound vehicle sped down the parade route.

One video shows a woman screaming, “Oh my God!” repeatedly after a group of girls wearing Santa hats and dancing with white pompoms is struck. Another shows the SUV plowing into members of a marching band, their music replaced with terrified screams.
Waukesha Fire Chief Steve Howard has said that the driver injured 11 adults and 12 children. It's not clear how many people lost their lives. Still, authorities have confirmed that there were multiple deaths, including children.
The driver fled from the chaos despite police gunfire. However, officers found the vehicle in question and apprehended a person of interest.
At this time, Waukesha Police Chief Daniel Thompson says that he hasn't ruled out any motive, including terrorism. The Wisconsin Department of Justice is assisting in the investigation.

“What took place in Waukesha today is sickening, and I have every confidence that those responsible will be brought to justice,” tweeted the state's top law enforcement officer, Attorney General Josh Kaul.
Five years ago, a 19-ton truck hurtled into hundreds celebrating Bastille Day in Nice, France. The driver killed 86 people and injured 458. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack. Five months later, a truck driver, who had pledged his allegiance to ISIS, drove into a Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12.
Biden will have the FBI and the IRS investigate those who object to this incident.
