The Justice Department (DOJ) has created a task force to protect abortion access. The Reproductive Rights Task Force will “monitor and evaluate” legislation that crosses any red lines restricting abortion access.
Attorney General Merrick Garland outlined the DOJ’s red lines in a June 24 proclamation following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
They include restricting a woman’s right to cross state lines, limiting the use of the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone and preventing federal agencies from providing “reproductive health services.”
The Daily Wire has more on the department’s new initiative:
“As Attorney General Garland has said, the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision is a devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States,” Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said. “The Court abandoned 50 years of precedent and took away the constitutional right to abortion, preventing women all over the country from being able to make critical decisions about our bodies, our health, and our futures.”
Gupta added that the new initiative was part of the department’s commitment to “protecting” abortion.

According to the DOJ, some of the task force’s work will be “proactive” and it will involve working with “reproductive service providers,” which might include Planned Parenthood or a similar organization.
The department also encourages Congress to pass abortion legislation, a move that president Joe Biden has consistently urged for in addition to legislation codifying Roe.

It’s not a Constitutional Right! Has absolutely nothing to do with health care or reproductive care. If this were true, why don’t they have/do Ultrasounds before the killing of the baby? These people are sick and need to just stay in DC.

In October 1999. I was seated to the far left in the back of the sanctuary of the New Beginnings Christian church in Glen Avon, CA., listening to Pastor Johnny Bunch’s sermon. He was standing in the front on the far-right side, and he suddenly stops in the middle of a sentence, and he takes one step in my direction. He points to me and says, “If you are a born-again Christian and you happen to be in Sodom or Gomorrah when God allows their destruction, God’s promise to you is that He will take you up in the blink of an eye.”
Not even realizing what just happen, Pastor Bunch continued with his sermon. The Holy Spirit of God had spoken this message through the Pastor Bunch’s lips to me, and I knew no one else had heard this message. I had not said anything to Pastor Bunch about the coming destruction of America.
The purpose/responsibliy of the DOJ is to uphold/enforce the law of the land. What the hell does this taskforce’s intent have to do with the later? Talk about over reach..

EXACTLY! Do they NOT understand what the overturn of Roe v Wade really means? It means the Federal Government CAN NOT pass a law legalizing abortion on the basis of a “Constitutional right”! The ruling CLEARLY reads that those laws are reserved to the STATES! GEEZZ…the number of people who do no fully understand what a Constitutional REPUBLIC is is so frightening!!! The ONLY time “democracy” is referred to in the Constitution is where it CLEARLY states that STATE representatives will be democratically elected by each states residents! “Democracy” has been so inappropriately used for so long that people (who weren’t taught CIVICS in high school) don’t understand that when Democrats start YELPING about “the end of our DEOMCRACY” that has ZERO to do with the Constitutional REPUBLIC wherein the United States was founded!!!
The entire history of abortion has been tainted by lies, misrepresentation, and delusional thinking. Ignoring the question of whether it’s okay to end the life of a fetus… the Left has convinced several generations of Americans that all they need to do is change the definitions of words used to describe something, and the universe is obliged to go along with the gag and change the nature of reality. For the words “viable growing human embryo with a brain, grasping fingers, and beating heart,” just substitute “meaningless, insignificant cluster of undifferentiated cells” and snuffing THAT becomes ethically equivalent to liposuction or getting a haircut.
This Logical Switcheroo has already proceeded in several EU nations to applying Euthanasia to elderly and long-term disabled patients in order to reduce healthcare costs and free up beds to generate revenue for individual facilities and National Healthcare systems.
And likely puts a healthy chunk of those funds into the pockets and accounts of the politicians who promote and vote for and administer the programs.
The battle rages on and infants continue to be slaughtered in their mothers’ wombs all because the constitutional framers rejected the Bible’s moral law as supreme.
Had instead the constitutional framers (like their early 1600 predecessors) established government and society upon the Bible’s immutable moral law (including Exodus 21:22-23, Deuteronomy 27:25, etc.), Roe v. Wade would have never been heard of, Planned Parenthood wouldn’t exist, and millions of infants butchered in their mothers’ wombs financed by the Constitutional Republic would have lived to see the light of day.

Joe Biden is a demented old man being manipulated by Barack Obama and others to do horrendous things to America and Americans.
