Pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood posted a screenshot on Telegram purportedly showing a 2014 email exchange between Tucker Carlson and Hunter Biden.
As Mediaite reports:
Posted by Wood on Thursday, the alleged email, whose authenticity has not been verified, appears to show Carlson thanking Biden for writing a letter of recommendation to Georgetown University for his son.

“Hunter! I can't thank you enough for writing that letter to Georgetown on Buckley's behalf. So nice of you. I know it'll help,” read the screenshot of the purported November 12, 2014 Carlson email to Biden. “Hope you're great and we can all get dinner soon.”

According to the screenshot (which Mediaite is not linking to because it may display active email addresses for Biden and Carlson), Biden is said to have replied, “Hey buddy- I need Buckley's CV if you have one handy- Thanks[.]”

At the time Carlson co-hosted “Fox & Friends Weekend.” Today, he's the host of Fox News' highest-rated show. A show that has consistently targeted the president's ethically challenged son.
While Wood is a conspiracy theorist, journalist Mike Rothschild has said that Wood's claims about other figures in Trumpworld have held up under scrutiny.
Rothschild also said the timeline fit, as Carlson's son would have been applying for colleges at the time.
While the Fox News host hasn't commented on Wood's accusations he's acknowledged that he knew Hunter Biden “fairly well.” Carlson later added that he knew Biden's then-wife, who he called “an absolutely outstanding person.”

This articles headline is very irresponsible. Tucker told his viewers this at the beginning. Why are you bring so dishonest? You must be flaming liberals who will do and say anything to the newscaster whose exposing your lies, misrepresentations, and innuendo.
Thanks for the comments, Brad. I understand where you’re coming from. Tucker has done a great job bringing attention to stories that the mainstream media tries to sweep under the rug. He was a pioneer for advancing conservative populism. The article said the emails were alleged. It’s known that Tucker and Hunter were once close, but that reported exchange was unknown before the accusations and their accompanying reports. While newsworthy, the purpose of the article wasn’t to criticize Tucker. We stick to the available information and present both sides of the story. And we must praise Tucker for not letting his prior relationship with Hunter affect his reporting on President Biden and others.
If Lin Wood is right then Tucker backing off of talking about Hunter may make sense. One hand washes the other.
Yes. Tucker mentioned his knowing him and seemed to like the guy on one of his shows a while back. I remember it well!
As Tucker has been open about his past relationship with Hunter Biden and his wife while expressing what he considers fair game regarding HB’s actions, this has the appearance of a major non-story. I smell vendetta by all parties involved in bringing this to our attention…
